Shipping Method

All orders shipped within the continental United States will be shipped UPS via the method selected at check out.  All other orders will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS where available. 

Delivery & Tracking

In-Stock Items

All in-stock order will ship the same day or next day.  After your order ships, you’ll receive an e-mail with a tracking number and tracking information for UPS and USPS.  

Back-Ordered Items

After placing your order, you’ll receive an e-mail with your estimated ship date.  Back-ordered items typically ship within 2 weeks from the order date.  You’ll have the option to cancel your order or wait for delivery.

Returns 

MaximAthletic.com Purchases

Maxim Athletic is passionate about 100% customer satisfaction.  If you would like to return a stock or custom product purchased on maximathletic.com, please e-mail cservice@maximathletic.com to receive a return authorization and a return shipping label.  Authorized returns of stock products will be refunded if the return is made within 30 days of delivery.  For authorized returns after 30 days or returns of custom products, you’ll receive an exchange or credit for a future maximathletic.com purchase.

Purchases from an Authorized Maxim Athletic Retailer or Team Dealer

For all returns of products purchased from a Maxim Authorized Retailer or Team Dealer, you must contact the retailer or dealer directly.  If you feel you have not received excellent service, please contact cservice@maximathletic.com.
